2. What shipping options are available? We offer these to U.S. customers:

  • Free Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0 (our most popular choice!)
  • Free Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0
  • Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $10

Note: Times are estimates and may vary due to location, holidays, or carrier volume. Free shipping may apply based on order total or promotions.

3. How long will it take to receive my order? Most orders process and ship within 1–3 business days. After shipping:

  • Express: 3–6 business days
  • Standard / Free: 7–14 business days

4. Do you ship internationally? Currently, we only ship within the United States. We’re working on expanding – sign up for our newsletter for updates!

5. What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return window for unused, unopened items in original packaging. If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos – we’ll arrange a replacement or refund (including original shipping if it’s our error). 6. Are your nail products safe and high-quality? Yes! We prioritize 9-free or higher gel polishes, non-toxic formulas, and cruelty-free ingredients where possible. Products are designed for long wear and easy removal without damaging natural nails when used properly. Always follow curing times and patch-test if needed.

7. How do I care for my GlimmerTip nail products? Gel polish: Store in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight; shake well before use. Press-ons: Clean with alcohol wipe before reapplying. Embellishments: Store in dry containers. Tools: Disinfect after use; avoid water on electrical items. Specific care tips included with each product.
